Turkish Tip:
For a golden crispy outside & soft moist inside, spray the outside of the bread lightly with olive oil before heating. For delicious warm fresh bread, re-heat in a sandwich press to bring it back to it's original stone oven freshness! 

Storage:
Bread is best eaten fresh, however you can heat it through which will take it back to its original stone oven freshness. If sealed in an airtight bag, it will keep for a few weeks in the refrigerator or for two to three months in the freezer.
