Turkish Dukkah (pronounced doo-kah) is traditionally eaten with warm fresh Turkish Pide (flat bread) for a delicious pre-dinner snack. Our authentic recipe is handcrafted using 100% natural ingredients - without preservatives! You can enjoy Dukkah in so many different ways. A healthy and delicious addition to any meal - great to have on hand when you have unexpected guests!

Serving Suggestions:

  • Simply dip small portions of warm fresh Turkish Pide into good quality olive oil and then dunk into the Dukkah and eat. Delicious!
  • For Turkish Crisps, lightly spray a Turkish Yufka (thin pizza base) with olive oil, sprinkle with Dukkah, then bake in a pre-heated oven (180°C) for approximately 7-10 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy. Cut into wedges and serve.
  • Rub Dukkah over meat, chicken or fish and grill/bake/barbecue.
  • Sprinkle over salads, vegetables and pasta dishes.
  • Sprinkle Sweet Cinnamon Dukkah over icecream and apple crumble; or delicious as a topping for stewed fruit, pancakes or crumpets.
